“Celebrating 100 Years of Hope” was the theme Hope Christian Reformed Church in Stony Plain, Alberta, chose as it celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Established in 1908 by a group of German-speaking farmers, Hope CRC celebrated with festivities focusing on yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Guests included former pastors, their families, and local dignitaries. Hope CRC also honored 13 current members who are direct descendants of members of the original congregation.
