Not Sure by by John Suk

| |

A little doubt is good for spiritual formation in the same way a little inflation is good for the economy. While on a trek out West, former Banner editor John Suk came to a theological fork in the road. His own statement of faith doesn’t come until later in the book, and by then it is clear that he is theologically well grounded. Not Sure is a theological retrospective that belongs on the shelf next to The Faith by Chuck Colson or Leaving Church by Barbara Brown Taylor Brown. John Suk thinks differently—maybe more deeply—than the rest of us, and as a community we are better off because he shared his story. (Eerdmans)
