Canadian Teens to Peru

Bethany Vlaming (in red shirt) was one of 26 members from Calvin Christian Reformed Church in Ottawa, Ontario, who traveled recently to Peru. The group, comprised mostly of teens, helped out with vacation Bible school, worked on a church building, and visited local ministries and homes.

“We wanted to learn about the people there . . . and share our lives with them,” said youth pastor Ron Hosmar. “We’ve learned that there is a world out there bigger than just our church community.”
