Making worship music for almost 50 years and recording more than 40 albums, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir has set a high standard in the Gospel genre. Its latest work, “I Will Not Be Moved,” continues that heartfelt worship. “It’s wonderful to hear believers who love the Lord sing praises and reaffirm their commitment to Jesus Christ,” said Brooklyn Tabernacle Pastor Jim Cymbala in a release. “They have decided that no matter what happens, their faith will not be moved.” The album features three original pieces, “I Will Not Be Moved,” “Spirit Fall Down,” and "Forever We Will Sing,” plus seven worship favorites, including “His Mercy Is More,” “How Jesus Loves," and the powerful selection "Come Jesus Come” with Stephen McWhirter. “When I wrote ‘Come Jesus Come’ I wasn’t trying to write a song that would go as far as it has, and I never could have imagined I would get to sing it with The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir,” McWhirter said in a release. “It's like being strapped to a Holy Spirit freight train. It was such an overwhelming moment, and I pray it draws people closer to Jesus.” Other guests adding to the beauty of the sound are Babbie Mason, Brad Hudson, and TaRanda Greene. This record brings praise and honor to God and King Jesus. (StowTown Worship)
