The Weepies consist of a husband-and-wife team who write bouncy tunes and lyrics that catch you unawares. Be My Thrill, their fourth album together, plays with the concept of love in its many aspects. The chorus of the opening song hints that love isn't always perfect, pleading "Don't say words that you don't mean/when I'm gone, please speak well of me.” The images brought to mind by their music stick with you, insisting that you listen again and again.
