The annual college-age Passion conference always has powerful worship sessions, and the musical arm of Passion normally makes a record after the event for wider distribution. This year’s effort is titled “I’ve Witnessed It.”
“We don’t often use the word ‘witness’ in our everyday vernacular and it is my hope that we reinstate a bit of the meaning it carries in the title track and album name,” said Passion’s Melodie Malone in a release.
Listeners will hear exceptional Christian music talent in this 14- track album, which runs almost one and a half hours. The list of guest artists include Brandon Lake, Crowder, Cody Carnes, Keri Jobe and Kristin Stanfil. Songs include radio favorites “Gratitude” and “Same God.” Other highlights are the high-energy praise song “You are Our God” and the guitar-fueled “Another Glimpse.” This record stirs the soul with a God-centered worship experience.
