How can I submit a change of address?

Please update your information using the address change form.

How can I submit a seasonal address?

Please update your information using the seasonal address change form. Please be sure and complete the form 5-6 weeks in advance of your move, tell us the dates you'll be gone, and be sure to let us know if you usually receive your Banner in bulk at the church. Your Banner will be sent to your seasonal address each year until you notify us.

How can I change the name(s) on my mailing label?

If you need to change the way your name is listed on the mailing label please complete the name change form. Please note that this will affect all your mailings from the CRCNA.

How can I change the church name on my mailing label?

You can update your church info by completing the change church form.

I received two (or more) copies of the Banner. What should I do?

To prevent getting a copy in your mailbox at church, please contact your church office. To prevent getting one or more copies sent to your home, please complete the duplicate Banners form.

I didn't get a Banner.

If others in your church received The Banner in their church mailbox but you didn't, please contact your church office.

If others in your church received The Banner at their homes but you didn't, please wait a few days to see if it still arrives in the mail. If, after a few days, you still haven't received your copy, please phone (1.800.777.7270) or email our office to let us know which issue you've missed.

I attend a Christian Reformed Church and would like to receive The Banner.

To be added to the mailing list, please complete the subscription request form.

I don’t want The Banner. How can I be removed from your mailing list?

If you received The Banner in your mailbox at church, please contact your church office. If the Banner was sent to your home, please complete the removal form.

Can I give someone a gift of The Banner to someone who isn’t CRC?

Yes, but we ask that you donate to the Banner to help cover this additional cost. Fill out the gift subscription request form and be on the lookout for our annual donation appeal (in an upcoming issue of the Banner).

I don’t attend a Christian Reformed Church. Can I still get The Banner?

Yes, fill out the subscription request form and then be on the lookout for our annual donation appeal (in an upcoming issue of the Banner).

Why did I get my Banner at church instead of to my home?

Your church asked us to send the Banner to the church rather than to individual homes. If you would like to receive the Banner at your home, please complete the subscription request form and ask your church office to adjust their bulk order accordingly.

What if I have a question that is not answered here?

If you've read the Frequently Asked Questions above and still have a question, please email us at info@thebanner.org.
